Purpose Eydeb.com is a web platform that allows the generation of customized exercises and homework for primary, secondary and high school students through a credit system.
Use of the service Registered users can use the platform tools according to the number of credits available. Generated exercises can be downloaded in PDF format and are intended for educational and personal use.
Credits
The system works with virtual credits.
1 credit ≈ €0.01, although the price varies depending on the package purchased.
Credits do not expire.
Approximately 1 credit is consumed per generated sentence or problem, depending on the configuration.
Purchase process Purchases are made through the Stripe gateway. Once payment is completed, credits are automatically added to the user's profile.
Refund policy During the initial phase of the project, we offer a flexible refund policy:
You may request a refund of the last credit pack purchased, provided that no more than 20% of the total has been used.
If more has been used, a proportional refund may be issued for the unused credits, taking the average price per credit of the last pack as reference.
Eydeb reserves the right to refuse refunds in case of detected abuse.
Intellectual property The generated content is intended for educational use in personal, family or school environments. Its sale, resale or distribution without express authorization is prohibited.
Liability Eydeb is not responsible for interruptions, technical errors or misuse of the website.
Applicable law and jurisdiction These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona (Spain), except in cases of consumer protection regulations that indicate another jurisdiction.
