What data do we collect and why?

• Registration data (first name, last name, email): To identify the user and give access to their account.
• Authentication data: Login management is handled through Amazon Cognito, whose servers are located in the EU.
• Usage and transaction information (credits, purchase history): To provide the service and generate receipts.
• Payment data: we do not store card details. Transactions are securely processed by Stripe, which acts as the payment processor.

Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of the contractual relationship between the user and Eydeb, as well as the user's explicit consent when registering on the platform.

Where is the data stored?

• Authentication: AWS Cognito (EU)
• Internal database (name, surname, remaining credits, transactions)
• Stripe stores and protects payment data in accordance with PCI DSS

Retention period

Data will be kept while the user maintains an active account. In case of inactivity or cancellation, data will be kept for a maximum of 12 months.

Rights

You have the right to:
